1986
Jørgen Stenger and Keld Rohde founded Comadan A / S as a trading company,
Jørgen and Keld had been in business for several years and after a thorough research, they decided to start their own business.
1990
Comadan Production A / S was founded in order to manufacture electronic timers, analog converters, etc., all produced under the brand C-mac.
2007
The activities for Comadan A / S and Comadan Production A / S, was centered at the address Messingvej 60 in Randers.
2014
In March a planned succession is implemented, where Jørgen and Keld handed over the company to Jens Nygaard Jensen
